A poutine that would make any Maritimer proud: crinkle cut McCain® Superfries® are loaded with hunks of East coast lobster meat, cheese curds, and gravy. Flavour ahoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 650g bag McCain® Superfries® crinkle cut
  • 1 398ml poutine gravy (or gravy of your choice)
  • 400g white cheddar cheese curds
  • 2 cups cooked lobster meat
  • 1/4 cup finely sliced chives
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges

How to make it

  1. Cook McCain® Superfries® Crinkle Cut Fries according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat gravy in microwave or in a small saucepan over medium heat until simmering.
  3. Transfer fries to a platter. Top with cheese curds and lobster meat then pour gravy over fries.
  4. Garnish with fresh chives and lemon wedges
