Montreal Steak Spice Poutine
The perfect way to add a taste of la Belle Province to your poutine – McCain® Superfries® are loaded with smoked meat, cheese curds, a classic gravy, and sprinkled with Montreal steak spice.
1 650g bag McCain® Superfries® Extra Crispy Spicy
1 398ml can poutine gravy (or gravy of your choice)
400g white cheddar cheese curds
300g thinly sliced Montreal Smoked Meat
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
1 tbsp Montreal steak spice
- Cook McCain® Superfries® Extra Crispy Spicy according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, heat gravy in microwave or in a small saucepan over medium heat until simmering.
- Transfer fries to a platter. Top with cheese curds and smoked meat and then pour gravy over fries.
- Garnish with sliced green onion and sprinkle with Montreal steak spice.
