Ingredients
1 package McCain® Sweet Potato Superfries®
2 cups of marshmallows
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425F (218C)
- Cook McCain® Sweet Potato Superfries® according to package directions.
- Place into an oven safe casserole dish. Spread marshmallows evenly over sweet potato fries.
- Place under broiler for 30 seconds or until marshmallows have browned evenly.
