Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3 basil leaves
- pinch of salt
- pinch of nutmeg
- 3 tbsp cream
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup sundried tomato
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large red pepper
- 2 Italian sausages
- 1 McCain® Medleys Italian-style Roasted Potatoes and Veggies
- 1/2 onion, cut into 1/4 inch thick strips
How to make it
- Preheat air fryer or oven to 360 ͦ F
- Blend egg, basil, salt, nutmeg, cream, butter, parmesan, panko and sundried tomato in a blender or food processor.
- Cut red pepper into 1-inch thick slices and remove the seeds inside. Place on an oiled air fryer or oven-safe tray.
- Take sausage out of casings and roll sausage into 1/2 inch meatballs.
- Pour blended mixture into the pepper rings until they are 1/3 filled. Top with McCain® Medleys Italian-style Roasted Potatoes and Veggies, Italian sausage meatballs and slices of onion.
- Bake for 16 minutes.
