Turn your next backyard cookout or shindig into everybody's favourite spot with a trio of party flavours including a Smoked Paprika, Garlic & Parsley and Cajun fries. Paired with McCain® Superfries Straight Cut for that extra-special touch, it will elevate any get-together. Be careful though, it might be tough getting people to leave!
Ingredients
McCain® Superfries® Straight Cut
Cajun Toss Ingredients:
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp cayenne powder
Smoked Paprika Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- 1/8 pepper
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Garlic & Parsley Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves finely minced garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cajun Toss
- Prepare McCain® Superfries® Straight Cut according to package directions.
- In a large bowl add cooked Superfries and toss with all the spices.
- Serve with your favourite dip or eat alone. Enjoy!
Smoked Paprika
- Prepare McCain® Superfries® Straight Cut according to package directions.
- Place cooked Superfries in a large bowl.
- Toss with olive oil until thoroughly coated.
- Sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
- Add cayenne pepper for a spicy twist!
Garlic & Parsley
- Prepare McCain® Superfries® Straight Cut according to package directions. For the last 5 minutes of cooking time, remove from oven, place Superfries in a large bowl. Toss with olive oil and finely minced garlic. Place on baking sheet, return to oven for 5 to 7 minutes to cook garlic.
- Arrange Superfries on serving platter and garnish with fresh chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese to taste.
