Turn your backyard into the place to be with these triple-flavoured fries. Be careful though, it might be tough getting people to leave!

Ingredients

Cajun Toss Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne powder

Smoked Paprika Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1/8 pepper
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Garlic & Parsl​ey Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves finely minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

How to make it

Cajun Toss

  1. Prepare McCain® Superfries® Straight Cut according to package directions.
  2. In a large bowl add cooked Superfries and toss with all the spices.
  3. Serve with your favourite dip or eat alone. Enjoy!​

 

Smoked Paprika

  1. Prepare McCain® Superfries® Straight Cut according to package directions.
  2. Place cooked Superfries in a large bowl.
  3. Toss with olive oil until thoroughly coated.
  4. Sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
  5. Add cayenne pepper for a​ spicy twist!

 

Garlic & Parsley

  1. Prepare McCain® Superfries® Straight Cut according to package directions. For the last 5 minutes of cooking time, remove from oven, place Superfries in a large bowl.
  2. Toss with olive oil and finely minced garlic.
  3. Place on baking sheet, return to oven for 5 to 7 minutes to cook garlic.
  4. Arrange Superfries on serving platter and garnish with fresh chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese to taste.
