Medleys™ Italian-style Roasted Potatoes & Veggies

A convenient combination of roasted red potatoes, green beans, yellow beans, and sweet red peppers is perfectly seasoned with garlic and rosemary for a family-favourite side dish you can add to any meal.

Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).

Spread frozen potatoes and vegetables in a single layer on a dark, non-stick baking sheet or shallow baking pan.

Bake for 16 to 18 minutes.

Turn halfway through cooking time.

Air Fryer

Air Fryer

Preheat air fryer to 360°F (182°C).

Fill basket halfway with frozen potatoes and vegetables.

Air fry for 12 to 14 minutes.

Slide basket out and shake halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Serve immediately.

  • Season to taste.
  • Cook from frozen.
  • Product must be fully cooked for food safety and quality.
  • Always cook to a light golden colour.
  • DO NOT OVERCOOK!
