Breakfast Potato Pancakes
Breakfast will never be the same! Wake up to a quick and savoury side dish made with real shredded potatoes lightly seasoned with onions and spices. This dish definitely gets the family to gather.
Oven
Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
Spread frozen potato pancakes in a single layer on a flat baking sheet or pan.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
Turn halfway through cooking time.
Air Fryer
Preheat air fryer to 330°F (165°C).
Arrange frozen potato pancakes in a single layer on bottom of air fryer basket.
Do not overlap potato pancakes.
Air fry for 9 - 11 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Skillet
Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a non-stick frying pan.
Add frozen potato pancakes in a single layer.
Cook on medium - high for 14 - 18 minutes.
Turn halfway through cooking time.
Note
- Cook from frozen.
- Product must be fully cooked for food safety and quality.
- Always cook to a light golden colour.
- DO NOT OVERCOOK!
