Dipn' Wedges® Mini Tacos
Enjoy McCain® Dipn’ Wedges® loaded with ground beef, zesty salsa, and light cheese for an exciting twist on Taco Tuesday!
1 package McCain® Dipn’ Wedges®
½ red onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
454g ground beef
1 package taco seasoning mix
125ml tomatoes, small dice
60ml queso fresco or feta cheese60ml cilantro, finely chopped
- Cook McCain® Dipn’ Wedges® according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, add red onion, salt and vinegar. Marinate for 10 minute minimum to overnight.
- Cook ground beef and seasoning according to package directions.
- In a large bowl, gently toss pickled red onions, beef, tomatoes, cheese and cilantro.
- Divide evenly among McCain® Dipn’ Wedges®
- Garnish with sour cream and guacamole. Serve warm.
