Cacio e Pepe Savoury Wedges
Made with cracked pepper, shaved parmesan, red pepper flakes, and thyme, you’ll love our twist on this Italian classic!
1 bag (650 g) McCain® Savoury Wedges
1 1/2 cups finely grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 tsp fresh thyme
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
- Preheat oven to 425F/218C. Arrange McCain® Savoury Wedges on a lined baking sheet. Sprinkle 1 cup of parmesan cheese and pepper over fries. Gently shake pan to coat wedges.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping wedges halfway through cooking time. Cheese should be golden and crisp on wedges
- Transfer wedges to serving platter and garnish with remaining 1/2 cup cheese, thyme and chilli flakes.
