Beer & Cheese Bacon Dip with Spicy Wedges
This ooey gooey cheesy dip with beer and bacon is a must-have for every game night.
1 lb (500 g) brick-style processed cheese, cubed
1 cup beer
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 bag (650 g) McCain® Spicy Wedges
- In slow cooker, layer cheese, beer, mustard, Worcestershire and hot sauce.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours, or until cheese melts and sauce is smooth and heated through.
- Meanwhile, prepare McCain® Spicy Wedges according to package directions.
- Garnish dip with crumbled bacon. Serve warm in slow cooker with McCain® Spicy Wedges.
- Just add friends!™
Tip: Substitute non-alcoholic beer for alcoholic beer if desired.
