7-Layer Dip & Spicy Wedges
Get any party started with this festive appetizer. It’s one of the most addictively delicious dips around.
1 bag (650 g) McCain® Spicy Wedges
1 can (14 oz/398 mL) refried beans
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 cups guacamole
1 cup tomato salsa
1 cup shredded lettuce
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced fresh tomatoes, drained
- Preheat oven to 450˚F (230˚C). Bake McCain® Spicy Wedges according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, spread refried beans evenly in a 13- x 9-inch (3 L) glass baking dish. Layer sour cream, guacamole, salsa, lettuce, cheese and tomatoes over top.
- Serve dip with McCain® Spicy Wedges.

Tip: For a festive Halloween dip, decorate the top layer with extra sour cream to resemble a spiderweb. Pick up a few plastic spiders for a fun and creepy addition!
