PEI Lobster Poutine
A poutine that would make any Maritimer proud, crinkle cut McCain® Superfries® are loaded with hunks of East coast lobster meat, cheese curds, and gravy.
1 650g bag McCain® Superfries® crinkle cut
1 398ml poutine gravy (or gravy of your choice)
400g white cheddar cheese curds
2 cups cooked lobster meat
1/4 cup finely sliced chives
1 lemon cut into wedges
- Cook McCain® Superfries® Crinkle Cut Fries according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, heat gravy in microwave or in a small saucepan over medium heat until simmering.
- Transfer fries to a platter. Top with cheese curds and lobster meat then pour gravy over fries.
- Garnish with fresh chives and lemon wedges
