Black Pepper Fries With Lime Recipe
1 bag (650g) of McCain® Superfries® Straight Cut
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp coarse sea salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 lime, zested and cut into wedges
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Prepare McCain® Superfries® Straight Cut according to package directions. Remove from oven 3 to 5 minutes before fully cooked.
- In a medium bowl toss Superfries with the olive oil, about a tsp of sea salt and ½ tsp of black pepper.
- Place Superfries back on the tray and put in the oven for the remaining 3 to 5 minutes or until golden colour.
- Once cooked, grind more pepper on top, squeeze juice from lime wedges, sprinkle with lime zest and parmesan cheese to taste!
- Serve and enjoy!
