Who doesn’t love cheese and a little kick? Pair McCain Sea Salt Wedges with SummerFresh Aged Cheddar and Chipotle Dip with some freshly chopped chilies and jalapenos for a fresh, spicy and delicious snack!
Product Used:Sea Salt Crinkle Cut Wedges
- 227g Summer Fresh Aged Cheddar and Chipotle Dip
- 1 package McCain® Sea Salt Crinkle Cut Wedges
- 1 Tbsp red chilies, chopped
- 1 Tbsp green jalapeno, chopped
- 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 Lime, cut in wedges
Place the frozen McCain® Sea Salt Crinkle Cut Wedges into a large, sealable container or bowl, and add 227g of Summer Fresh Aged Cheddar & Chipotle Dip. Cover and shake until the wedges are well coated. Transfer the wedges to a baking sheet and bake in the oven as per the instructions on the package.
Remove wedges from oven and transfer to a large container or bowl. Add chopped red chilies, and chopped green jalapeno peppers with a sprinkling of chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime. Toss until well mixed.
With a large spoon or tongs, scoop wedges and peppers into cones of newspaper lined with parchment paper, and serve with extra Aged Cheddar & Chipotle Dip for dipping.
