Prosciutto-Wrapped Sweet Potato Fries
These easy prosciutto-wrapped sweet potato fries are finished with a maple balsamic glaze for bold and impressive flavour. Serve as the perfect appetizer or side dish on ladies night or any night!

24 McCain® Sweet Potato Plank Cut Fries
6 slices prosciutto, each cut into 4 strips
3 tbsp (45 mL) maple syrup
2 tsp (10 mL) balsamic vinegar
- Preheat oven to 425˚F (220˚C). Wrap McCain® Sweet Potato Plank Cut Fries with prosciutto strips. Transfer to parchment paper–lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 13 minutes or until McCain® Sweet Potato Plank Cut Fries are tender and prosciutto starts to crisp. Combine maple syrup and balsamic vinegar; brush over top and bake for about 5 minutes or until glaze starts to caramelize.
Tip: Sprinkle with 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh thyme or rosemary if desired.
