Leftover Turkey Superfries® With Stuffing And Cranberry
Got Thanksgiving turkey leftovers? What could be more delicious than fries topped with your famous stuffing and cranberry? Here's a quick and easy way to use them in this comforting and flavourful turkey stuffed Modifry.
Product Used:Superfries® Straight Cut
1 bag (650 g) McCain® Superfries® Straight Cut
2 cups chopped leftover turkey
1 cup leftover turkey stuffing
1/2 cup turkey gravy
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp cranberry sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Grease small baking dish. Prepare McCain® Superfries® Straight Cut according to package directions.
- Toss turkey with stuffing and gravy; transfer to baking dish. Cover with foil; bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
- Meanwhile, stir 1/4 cup (60 mL) of the mayonnaise with cranberry sauce until blended. Stir together remaining mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and garlic. Spoon turkey and stuffing over McCain® Superfries® Straight Cut.
- Serve with cranberry mayonnaise and garlic mayonnaise. Sprinkle with parsley.
Tip: Add hot sauce to garlic mayonnaise for a spicy kick.
