Chili Lime Sweet Potato Fries Recipe

Who doesn’t love the flavor combination of chili and fresh lime? Especially when they’re tossed with delicious McCain Sweet Potato Fries. Try this simple #modifry toss for breakfast with fresh eggs and a side of guacamole.

Ingredients

1 bag McCain® Sweet Potato Fries

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp cumin

salt and pepper to taste

1 lime

fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large bowl toss McCain® Sweet Potato Plank Cut Fries with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper until they are well coated.
  3. Pour onto a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 425°F for 15-20 minutes; turning once during cooking.
  5. Finish with lime zest, a squeeze of lime juice and some freshly chopped cilantro.

Tip: Serve with homemade guacamole and a fried egg for the perfect breakfast for dinner meal.
