Chili Lime Sweet Potato Fries Recipe
Who doesn’t love the flavor combination of chili and fresh lime? Especially when they’re tossed with delicious McCain Sweet Potato Fries. Try this simple #modifry toss for breakfast with fresh eggs and a side of guacamole.
Product Used:Sweet Potato Plank Cut Fries
1 bag McCain® Sweet Potato Fries
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl toss McCain® Sweet Potato Plank Cut Fries with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper until they are well coated.
- Pour onto a baking sheet.
- Bake at 425°F for 15-20 minutes; turning once during cooking.
- Finish with lime zest, a squeeze of lime juice and some freshly chopped cilantro.
Tip: Serve with homemade guacamole and a fried egg for the perfect breakfast for dinner meal.
