Delicious® cream pies are made with real Canadian dairy.
- Can I keep my McCain
frozen dessert in the refrigerator?
- Although you can use
the refrigerator to store your dessert product while it thaws, we do not
encourage the use of a refrigerator for long-term storage as it diminishes the
quality of the product. Refrigeration will result in melting of the cream pies
as they are made using real dairy.
- Can you tell me if my
McCain dessert is expired or too old to eat?
- Our Deep 'n Delicious® cream pies can be stored in your freezer for up to 8 months after the production date.
A production date code is printed on the package of our desserts and tells us exactly when and where the product was made. You can find the production date code on the packaging. An example of a production date code is: F/4/02/15/ (F= McCain Code; 4=2014(last digit of the year); 02=Month (February); 15= Day of Month)
